Remembrance Service & Garden

Following our successful 1940s Tea Party before half term, we raised over £170 towards our Remembrance Garden. Our Remembrance Service, held at school on 11th November was very well attended and the children in Kestrels class led the service, all about ‘One Boy’s War’ with incredible passion and reflection. The children wrote their own thoughts about WWI and planted these on poppies in the Remembrance Garden.
Raising money for our garden:

This was a WWII themed afternoon tea party in our hall. We raised money to build a reflection garden to commemorate the 100 year anniversary of the start of WWI. We even had a WWII themed raffle!
