Summer 2 - Information for Parents 
 
Please check Class Dojo for regular class updates and important announcements.
 
  • PE will be taught on Wednesday afternoons. This term we will be developing throwing and catching skills, as well as practicing track and field events for sports day.
  • Outdoor learning will be taught on Thursday afternoons.
  • Miss Scrivens will teach the class on Wednesday mornings.
 
Pupils will need to have a full PE kit and outdoor learning kit that they should keep in school. All items - including water bottles - need to be clearly labelled with your child's name to ensure they do not go missing.
 
Your child will be given weekly spellings to practice and will be tested every Friday. These spellings can be accessed on Spelling Frame (login information will be in your child's new reading journal), and they will also be given a paper copy to practice from.
 
Please read with your child daily as this is essential for your child to make good progress across the curriculum.
